SUMMARY: IMMEDIATE HIRE: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, and operations support to Department of Defense customers.  The Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for the analysis, processing, and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence.  The incumbent performs duties that are defined in a classified Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).  The Technical Analyst’s key functions are mission critical to the security of the United States.  This full-time, exempt position is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:   (*Essential Duties)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Initiating, coordinating, and conducting research efforts.*
  • Determining the significance and reliability of information obtained from a variety of sources.*
  • Establishing and maintaining intelligence records and files.*
  • Providing technical expertise.*
  • Serving as liaison between multiple government agencies.*
  • Attending and participating in meetings as required.*
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience performing intelligence analysis or Associate’s degree with five (5) years experience.
  • Experience in or supporting Special Operations Forces required.
  • Proficiency using various software, applications, and programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior communication skills, including writing and briefing.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in and around secure facilities and dealing with classified information.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, make decisions in support of the work performed, and provide recommendations to government officials.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation that may include periodic polygraph examinations.
