  • Provide the supervision, design, planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, and documentation of a series of Senior-Leader Exercises incorporating subject matter experts and facilitating Discussion Based Exercises to include wargames, table top exercises, senior leader seminars, and rehearsals of concepts.
  • Supervise all aspects of the exercises including numerous external subject matter experts and other personnel as identified in supporting exercise documents and material on the U.S. Government’s timeline to include working in collaboration with Commands or Agencies in developing exercise design and execution.
  • Provide support for the Training and Exercise Division (NG-J37) following the JELC cycle, including using the DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS, and ARTIMS for automation of the exercises.
  • Facilitate the planning process of the exercises in support of the Joint Exercise Planning Group.
  • Provide review, analysis, comparison, and gap analysis of CNGBI, CNGBM, and CONOP policies with best practices and national standards.
LOCATION:  Washington D.C
  • Must have a TS/SCI
  • 0-6 or above
  • Master’s Degree
  • Minimum Experience 15 yrs in related field
  • 5 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies
  • Wargame certificate desired
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry at least fifty (50) pounds
