  • Provide researching, developing, analyzing, recommending, and directing skills to support the development of Senior-Leader Exercises to include wargames, table top exercises, senior leader seminars, and rehearsals of concepts.
  • Provide expertise of threat organization, goals, capabilities, concepts, and TTPs in support of the various exercise scenarios.
  • Provide operational context, situational content, and scenario injects for all aspects of exercise scenarios, and produce, adjust, and maintain the Master Scenario Event Lists during the design, planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of the various exercises.
  • Provide supervision over Government and commercial sources, subject matter experts, and academic presenters related to intelligence and threat or scenario development and exercise execution.
  • Identify, prioritize, manage, and track production and collection requirements and coordinate across the Intelligence Community (IC), to include open source information and data, to ensure collection and production requirements for accurate, realistic, and current/relevant operational context for the exercises are met.
  • Manage, coordinate, and synchronize subject matter expert presentations in support of exercise preparation and execution.
  • Provide support for the Training and Exercise Division (NG-J37) following the JELC cycle, including using the DRRS, JTIMS, JLLIS, and ARTIMS for automation of the exercises.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Must have a TS/SCI
  • 0-4 or above
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Experience 10 yrs in related field
  • 7 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies
  • Wargame certificate desired
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry at least fifty (50) pounds
