SUMMARY:  Provide support to Army National Guard (ARNG) units in order to improve and sustain readiness for deployments and mobilizations.  The ARNG G2 develops, fields, trains, and maintains readiness of global responders for agile threats, natural disasters and all other missions as required. This effort provides intelligence readiness support to soldiers, systems, and units.  CONTINGENT on award.
 
AVAILABLE POSITIONS/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 
All Source Intelligence Instructor:  Train military personnel in the 35F MOS. Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Possess experience training analysis on and operation of Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A) Family of Systems (FOS).  Familiarity with ArcGIS, Link Analysis tools, database tools, and query tools.
 
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Instructor:  Train military personnel in the 35N MOS. Prepare training material. Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure material is relevant and doctrinally correct.  Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Should be familiar with the requirements of NSANET accreditation. 
 
Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructor: Train military personnel. Prepare training material.  Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure material is relevant and doctrinally correct. Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Function as an expert in the 35M field, SME in interrogation, military source operations, screening, intelligence report writing/editing, and the human intelligence cycle.  Extensive knowledge of CHARCS, HUMINT Control cell trainer, DCGS-A/ATHENA, HOT-R, SOMM, and execution of HUMINT PACE through military communication systems.
 
Counterintelligence (CI) Instructor: Train military personnel.  Prepare training material. Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure material is relevant and doctrinally correct. Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Function as an expert in the 35L field, including SME in CI interviews, CI investigations, military CI collections/source operations, intelligence report writing/editing, and CI support to tactical through strategic levels of operations. Extensive knowledge of CHARCS, TCOP/ACOP, HOTR, SOMM, DCGS-A/ATHENA, and other CI programs. 
 
Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) Instructor:  Train military personnel in the 35G MOS by utilizing various forms of instruction, such as formal classroom training courses, course facilitation, workshops, and exercises. Prepare training material. Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure material is relevant and doctrinally correct.  Function as an expert in the 35G field, able to instruct students in the use of GEOINT Work Station, Global Broadcast System, GEOINT Load Balanced Intelligence Fusion Server, SOCET GXP, etc.  Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Possess experience training analysis on and operation on Geospatial Workstation (GWS) and Tactical Ground Station (TGS). 
 
Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Instructor:  Train military personnel in the GIS systems by utilizing various forms of instruction. Prepare training material. Update course documentation on a continuous basis. Function as an expert in the 12Y field and extended use of GIS tools and their application in current and future operations.  Integrate stimulators and simulators into training. Qualifications: Possess experience training analysis on and operation on Geospatial Workstation (GWS) and Tactical Ground Station (TGS).
 
Intelligence Systems Maintainer Instructor:  Train military personnel in the 35-series MOS field in the maintenance and administration of military intelligence systems by utilizing various forms of instruction. Prepare training material, such as but not limited to course outlines, course manuals, background materials, workbooks, handouts, after action reviews, and training aids.  Update course documentation to ensure material is relevant and meets current standards. Qualifications: Will be a subject matter expertise with the following systems : DCGS-A, ACE Block II, Trojan Spirit, CHARCS, BATS, HIIDE, GBS, WIDS, GIIEP, HUMINT Control Cell, ACT-E, T-JWICS, and GEOINT Work Station.
 
Cyber Instructor – Intelligence Analysis:  Train military personnel in the application of intelligence analysis tactics, techniques, and procedures to an enduring cyber environment threat.   Conducting cyber intelligence analysis, analyzing network events, preparation of assessments and cyber threat profiles, cyber threat data collection, and the application of IPB to a cyber threat.  Develop and maintain course material Integrate stimulators and simulators into training.
 
Cyber Instructor – Signal / Information Technology:  Train military personnel in the application information technology in the cyber domain.  Provide SME in system administration, network administration, active directory, virtualization, and current cyber trends.  Provide training in IA and Computer Network Defense.  Develop and maintain course material. Integrate stimulators and simulators into training.
 
LOCATION:  Performance will be at Army National Guard locations, which include National Capital Region. Includes: Indianapolis Indiana, Orchard Idaho, Johnston Iowa, Draper Utah,
San Antonio Texas, Los Alamitos California
 
CLEARANCE: TS/SCI and CI/POLY
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies
