SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Civil Engineer Project Manager Positon will serve as Engineering Project Manager (363 ISRW/CENP) to assist the Wing Civil Engineer with all facilities, MILCON, and engineering programs and projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
  • Manage facility engineering military construction (MILCON) project portfolio spanning multiple geographical locations in excess of $100M including multi-stage renovation and construction of highly technological and secured real property.
  • Manage and ensuring on track performance, schedule, and cost of ongoing construction projects, reviewing contractor submissions to ensure they meet user needs and technical acceptability, and providing scheduling and coordination with contractors, host base Civil Engineering project managers, and other agencies (AFCEC, USACE) project managers if applicable.
  • Advise and coordinate with local Facility Managers in all phases of project management to ensure compliance with mission requirements, guidelines, and directives, as well as coordinating with operational personnel to minimize mission disruptions.
  • Main point of contact between architecture and engineering (A&E) firms, construction contractors, and host base engineers and managers.
  • <aintain project status and data to provide weekly updates to leadership.
  • Assist the Wing Civil Engineer in providing technical expertise to help in identifying, designing, and programming future construction and renovation projects and participating in new construction design efforts when required applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates Degree
  • Technical knowledge and experience is required in general facilities operation, military contruction, and management practices as well as architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering in order to adequately manage and communicate with project engineers.
  • Knowledge of professional and ethical considerations involved when required to perform a technical review of facility engineering design documents submitted by professional engineers in the public or private sector.
  • nowledge of DoD planning, programming, and budget system.
  • Personable, professional, ethical and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
