SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers.  The Intelligence Innovation Analyst will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with Intelligence Innovation support and will participates in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of intelligence operations and systems. The Intelligence Innovation Analyst will perform scientific and/or technical intelligence analysis to include but not limited to reporting on trends and implications of military force structure or doctrinal changes, or technical analysis of military systems. Contingent on contract award.
  • Develop wing-level analytic workflows to integrate analysis, targeting, and operational planning lines of effort across multiple ISR Groups.
  • Establish concepts for a shared analytic workspace to integrate analytic lines of effort across multiple units.
  • Provide the Warfighter with highly effective and efficient intelligence gathering, analysis, and distribution as well as to provide training to facilitate ISR operations
  • Develop taxonomy to logically/semantically link operational workflows across Shared Analytic Workspace (SAW) and a Common Dissemination Platform(CDP).
  • Identify, evaluate, and assist with the integration of emerging targeting technologies and non-materiel solutions
  • Generate data ontologies to enable Object-Based Production (OBP) databases IOT semantically link to analytic taxonomies across SAW and CDP.
  • Identify and integrate advanced analytic algorithms, artificial intelligence (Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), Virtual Reality (VR), and other emerging capabilities to enhance the Wing’s analysis content and production.
  • Identify, monitor, and track analytic skills requirements, readiness, and utilization (capabilities and limitations) across the Wing’s units.
  • Identify emerging analytic trade craft, capabilities (analytic techniques, algorithms, tools, apps), and associated training to strengthen analytic capabilities.
  • Coordinate and develop resource requirements to obtain analytic capabilities and materiel. 
LOCATION:  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience or a total of 11 years of task related experience may be used in lieu of degree.
  • Must have working knowledge of the emerging technologies in support of ISR and intelligence activities.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
  • OIF/OEF or CENTCOM AOR deployment experience desired.
  • Experience performing intelligence analysis and fusion to provide actionable intelligence to war fighters desired.
