SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers.  The ISR Analysis Developer will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with subject matter expertise on ISR operations, services, as well as training to meet ISR requirements. This effort includes special operations ISR tactics development and advanced training to the air component and Joint warfighter. The ISR Analysis Developer will provide detailed analysis on adversary military capabilities, tactics, and precise intelligence on adversary ground forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF) and irregular forces. Contingent on contract award.
  • Conduct multi-source/domain intelligence analysis against adversary target systems and associated critical capabilities/requirements, related entities (targets) of interest, and associated TTPs.
  • Leverage analysis, correlation, and fusion to inform predictive battlespace awareness.
  • Target development, and creation of operational targeting strategies ISO Air Components and associated Combat Air Force (CAF)/Special Operations Forces (SOF) units.
  • Support development of DOTMLPF requirements to enable analysis and targeting.
  • Assess threats and provide the Government with intelligence analysis, assessments, and various intelligence products.
  • Identify and recognize weaknesses in TTPs and equipment, find constructive solutions, and make recommendations on how best practices and TTPs are incorporated into training, standardization and evaluation, and current operations.
  • Support AFTTP 3-1/3 events and publication and develop and document terminology and TTPs.
  • Support exercise planning and execution, provide pre-deployment/employment support as necessary, and support overall readiness and training efforts.
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
  • Familiar with AFI-14-120 Tactics Analysis and Reporting Program.
  • AFI 11-415 Weapons and Tactics Programs.
  • OIF/OEF or CENTCOM AOR deployment experience desired.
  • Experience performing intelligence analysis and fusion to provide actionable intelligence to war fighters desired.
