SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Program Management and Architecture development position will support the 363d ISRW and subordinate units with the right subject matter expertise for Core Function Capability Development. Contingent on contract award.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  •  Conduct planning, programming, life-cycle management, and system administration for SCI, collateral, coalition-releasable, and unclassified communications networks and components.
  • Develop architectures and domain specific integration frameworks for battlefield awareness, including the relationships between intelligence process, command and control, and logistics.
  • Develop plans, designs, software, and technology concepts for web enabled applications; command and control systems; and intelligence databases. Tasks shall include (but not be limited to) exercise or experiment planning, participation, and integration with similar and complimentary architectures as well as conversion of legacy systems to standards compliance systems.
  • Draft supporting documents for the development of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) activities to support the advocacy of the identified materiel and non-materiel solutions for advancing the enterprise.
 
LOCATION (s):  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA; Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX; Hurlburt Field, FL; Shaw AFB, SC; and Nellis AFB, NV.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience or 8 years of additional direct relevant technical experience in the applicable field.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures
