SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Systems Administrator will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with subject matter expertise on computer system administration and network management. Contingent on contract award. REQUIRED: ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Serve as the local JWICS System Administrator responsible for overseeing JWICS operations for all Wing and subordinate unit SCIFs onsite.
  • Responsible for all Site-wide JWICS Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I)
  • Perform JWICS specific touch maintenance to install and maintain computers, servers, and all JWICS related software and hardware.
  • Ensure security patching is completed and locally downloaded, and also push JAVA, NOTAMS, and TCNO patches the AF JWICS Enterprise is unable to perform remotely.
  • Perform investigative administration operations in support of the Cyber Security Operations Center for malware, spyware, Trojans, or unauthorized software that gets detected on any device at the Site.
  • Work directly with users at the site and liaise daily with the ESD and ESC AF to help resolve user and network related issues as well as maintain the integrity of the Site domain.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Bachelor's Degree in IT or Information Assurance (IA) related fields required. The Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Current Security+ certification is mandatory
  • Senior Level experience of IT security principles to include:
  • Concepts, practices, products and services (including system software, database software and immediate access storage technology)
  • Disseminating IT security tools and procedures
  • IT security certification and accreditation requirements
  • Be familiar with and use Active Directory tools to manage accounts
  • Be familiar with imaging computers and upgrading operating systems
  • Be familiar with using scanning tools to scan and subsequently patch devices
  • Be familiar with trouble ticketing tools such as Remedy
  • Be able to remotely log in to computers as needed for maintenance
  • Be able to add and remove computers to domains
  • Be able to assign and remove security controls to user accounts
  • Be able to perform all Security Plus (Security+) type functions
  • Be able to work independently and/or with a team
  • Be familiar with and be able to modify file servers and shared permissions
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
