SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Senior Analyst position will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with operational planning in support of mission requirements.  Contingent on contract award. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
  • Maintain knowledge of Intelligence Community practices and enforce standards for written/published analysis.
  • Act as production manager acting as final review and publisher of serialized intelligence reports.
  • Teach analytic standards and writing to intelligence personnel.
  • Provide support and service at various command level working groups, conferences.
  • Collaborate with analysts throughout the IC on various issues and topics related to USCENTCOM and USAF CENTAOR.
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support including: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), Joint Special Technical Operations (JSTO), Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence reporting. 
LOCATION (s):  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA; Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX; Hurlburt Field, FL; Shaw AFB, SC; Nellis AFB, NV; Moody AFB, GA; Tinker AFB, OK; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
  • Bachelor's degree, the Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in intelligence operations.
  • Familiar with analytic standards of Intelligence Community (IC) Directives 203, 206, 208, and 501 as well as have at least five years of experience in the supervision/editing of analytic writing.
  • Knowledge of publishing serialized intelligence documents and the use of High Point Next Generation, Geospatial Enterprise Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination Services and T-GRAM.
  • Thorough understanding of analytic writing, targeting, collection requirements management, imagery exploitation, and signals intelligence.
  • Experience with IC analytic tools (such as Palantir, FADE/MIST, iSpy) and tradecraft practices.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
