SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The NRO SME Analyst position will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with large data analytics, processing, analysis, and visualization expertise. Contingent on contract award CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with polygraph

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  •  Integrate and optimize national, commercial, and theater collection and tools into the CCMD/agency in coordination with NRO SFR and CCMD / agency priorities.
  • Assist CCMD FR team in the development of intelligence ABI collection strategies for CCMD-prioritized problem sets and incorporate Intelligence Discovery Cell (IDC) tradecraft development.
  • Improve automation of CCMD / agency collection, exploitation and targeting capabilities.
  • Analyze and develop improvements to optimize Sensor-to-Shooter timelines.
  • Provide automation, tradecraft, and problem-solving using NRO-developed and maintained.
  • Provide NRO tool system admin support as required.
  • Support regular meetings with NRO FRs for collaboration
  • develop and integrate engagement strategy into bi-annual NRO CCMD / agency User Engagement Plans (UEPs) and attend bi-annual NRO UEP strategy briefings
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel.
 LOCATION (s):  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA; Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX; Hurlburt Field, FL; Shaw AFB, SC; Nellis AFB, NV; Moody AFB, GA; Tinker AFB, OK; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree, Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Complete NRO Engagement Representative Level 1 and 2 certification prior to working at CCMDs / agencies.
  • Complete additional training on CCMD-designated NRO tools within six months of arrival at CCMD / agency.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
