SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Non-Kinetic Targeting Analyst position will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with maintaining specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support. 
  • Provide support and service at various command level working groups, conferences and collaborate with analysts throughout the IC on various issues and topics related to USCENTCOM and USAFCENTAOR.
  • Provide non-kinetic targeting analyst support and services.
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area to include but not limited to: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), Joint Special Technical Operations (JSTO), Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence reporting.
  • Use the targeting database of record (JTT & NPW) to create, edit & delete Non-Lethal Reference Points(NLRP’s).
LOCATION (s):  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA; Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX; Hurlburt Field, FL; Shaw AFB, SC; Nellis AFB, NV; Moody AFB, GA; Tinker AFB, OK; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
  • Bachelor's degree, Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Ten years of experience with AF or Joint targeting to include experience with using targeting systems-of-record, including JMEM and assessing and integrating multi-source and multi-intelligence, including open-source to produce targeting products and services.
  • CENTCOM AOR experience preferred.
  • In depth knowledge and ability to converse on computer network operations, military deception, and operations security, including specified supporting and related capabilities to influence, disrupt, corrupt, or usurp adversarial human and automated decision-making.
  • Certified or able to obtain Collateral Damage Estimation qualification & certification in order to understand how NLRP’s would affect associated collateral elements.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
