SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Network Administrator will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with subject matter expertise on computer network administration and management.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for all Site-wide JWICS C4I network infrastructure including but not limited to dozens of cryptologic hardware equipment, all network fiber communications support (including building fiber and terminating fiber).
  • Maintain port requirements, Tier-1 and Tier-0 devices, routers, switches, network maps, logical network paths, rekeying of devices, and operating system upgrades.
  • Work with ESD, ESC, ACC, and others on a daily basis to maintain site integrity and deploy new capabilities.
  • Oversee and use Solarwinds network monitoring tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Information Assurance (IA) related fields required. The Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Current Security+ certification is mandatory and Network+ preferred.
  • Must be eligible for COMSEC Access Program (CAP).
  • Knowledge of computer IA and Security disciplines to include:
    • Computer processing techniques and all associated system security protection procedures
  • Senior Level experience in a full range of network infrastructure, including:
    • Methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability
    • Methods for recommending mitigation actions
    • Network operations and protocol
    • Secure VoIP maintenance
    • Secure VTC maintenance
    • Keying of crypto equipment
  • Knowledge of agency and installation intelligence policies and practices, including:
    • Automation and information security principles, concepts and methodologies required to independently manage the Installation JWICS network and resolve complex network problems
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
