SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Special Access Program Analyst position will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with SAP intelligence and operations support. Contingent on contract award.  CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI
  •  Provide support and service at various command level working groups, conferences and collaborate with analysts throughout the IC on various issues and topics related to USCENTCOM and USAFCENTAOR.
  • Plan the appropriate collection method and subsequent gathering of intelligence data.
  • Participate in planning and directing ISR operations.
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area to include but not limited to: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), Joint Special Technical Operations (JSTO), Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence reporting.
  • Participate in the presentation of ISR collection capabilities/data to service, national, and coalition customers within defined area of responsibility.
  • Provides management with the intelligence information derived from ISR assets.
  • Identify the need for and/or recommends the need to deliver a fused intelligence product (collection, processing, integration, evaluation, and interpretation of available information).
  • Maintain liaison activities and staff coordination through accepted channels of communication with national intelligence organizations, the military services and combatant commands.
  • Coordinate an integrated process to meet timelines and accuracy requirements of ground, air, space, and cyberspace requirements.
  • Disseminate multi-source intelligence information including, classified and unclassified information.
  • Recommend new techniques and technologies associated with intelligence processing concepts.
  • Identifies or validates ISR dissemination processes /system requirements that ensures a smooth integration of concepts within existing programs used.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel.

  • Bachelor's degree, Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • In depth knowledge and ability to converse on computer network operations, military deception, and operations security, including specified supporting and related capabilities to influence, disrupt, corrupt, or usurp adversarial human and automated decision-making in order to associate with planners attend contingency planning conferences
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
