SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The SIGINT/NTI SME Analyst position will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with support and services to elevate the fusion process across TASE, ELINT, NTI, ISE, Targets and analysis operations. Contingent on contract award.  CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with current polygraph

  • Provide support and services to elevate the fusion process across TASE, ELINT, NTI, ISE, Targets and analysis operations.
  • Maintain a current operations section JQS which will be used to maintain a standard knowledge skillset to enhance and sustain NTI operations.
  • Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support.
  • Perform analyses at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications for specific signal emissions.
  • Provide SIGINT RFI support.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel.
LOCATION (s):  Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA; Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX; Hurlburt Field, FL; Shaw AFB, SC; Nellis AFB, NV; Moody AFB, GA; Tinker AFB, OK; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
  • Bachelor's degree, the Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of NSA experience. Additionally the contractor shall be required to have at least 2 years of experience focusing on the USCENTCOMAOR.
  • Required to maintain NSAnet access, along with maintaining yearly NSAnet training.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PROFORMA analysis. Additionally the contractor must have attended the Intermediate PROFORMA workshop at NSAIC.
  • NTI Subject Matter Expert the contractor must be a graduate of the NTIIIQC course which is taught at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
  • NTI Subject Matter Expert the contractor shall be required to perform additional duties which may include reasonable requests such as providing ad hoc support to 24/7 operations and contingency crisis.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
