SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Data Manager/Integrator and Analytical Tools SME will provide the 363d ISRW and its subordinate units with data management support and services on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.  Contingent on contract award.  CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain web presence on Wikipedia, Intellipedia, iSpace, websites, and other sites.
  • Develop and maintain electronic workflow capabilities for analytic and operational use.
  • Provide support and services as an analytic tools trainer.
  • Serve as the focal point for analytic tool integration.
  • SME in the use of Intelligence Community Knowledge Management Tool (IC KMT), Horizon, FADE/MIST, JIDO Voltron tools, and others as identified.
  • Provide instruction and development of training materials.
  • Maintain currency in identified tools as well as maintain awareness and evaluate new tools. This includes reviewing the Apps Mall on JWICS on at least a monthly basis to determine if new tools may provide benefit to the mission.
  • Provide support and service at various command level working groups, conferences and collaborate with analysts throughout the IC on various issues and topics related to USCENTCOM and USAFCENTAOR.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree, the Government may substitute 7 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience for required educational qualifications.
  • Be familiar with/or will learn HTML, Java, Python, and Joint Enterprise Modeling Analytics (JEMA)coding.
  • Be familiar with Agile development practices.
  • May be required to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel.
  • Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
