SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Lifecycle Management Specialist will support the 363d ISRW and subordinate units with the right subject matter expertise for Core Function Capability Development.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Applicants will be responsible for managing materiel, property and COMSEC accounts at the Air Force Squadron level. 
  • Organization and control of warehouse space, bench-stock items and maintaining a complete listing of materiel and property warranties and lifecycle maintenance and replenishment schedules.
  • Receive and process stock parts and equipment; inspect all items to ensure they properly identified, in good condition and properly classified; accept items (as required) and ensure they are properly stored and accounted for to include secure handling and storage of classified and sensitive items; and provide customer bench stock assistance.
  • Work with planners and contracting offices using AF FORM 9, AFEMS, AIM and / or Custodian Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing (CA/CRL) account actions to procure materiel and pay sustainment fees; and track / report procurement developments and maintenance contract statuses through all stages of procurement and life cycle development ensuring proper time for contract office actions.
  • Develop and implement inventory control system best practices, coordinate with external organizations and perform internal reviews, inventory verifications, contractor self-assessments and internal audits and contract closeouts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field (Logistics / Information Management or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of AF Inventory Control Management experience.
  • Experience with COMSEC accountability. 
  • Must be physically and individually able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be experienced in working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM) and National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) Policy Manual 3-16 (Control of COMSEC Material).
  • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated customer service experience; and capable of working individually and collaboratively to resolve problems and implement improvements.
  • Personable, professional, ethical and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Be familiar with military command and control structures.
